About the Project:

Reporting to and taking direction from the Managing Director, Derisk provide a

retained consultancy service. Assisting the MD and the various civils and

general construction teams with CDM compliance through system audits and

inspections – offering guidance and solutions to problems encountered on site.

Over the past 19 months, Derisk have also provided successful assistance to

our client in preparation for and during Link Up, Verify and Achilles audits with

successful outcome on all occasions. We have also provided tender support

and presented to potential clients on behalf of our client during this process.

Project Challenges:

Maintaining the ability to offer consistent, proportionate and practical solutions

on site to assist the client’s teams without adding to the management burden,

while also maintaining compliance with legislation.
