Health and Safety Recce:

Locations and planned day of shoot Bedroom for the first part of the video when the main protagonist is getting ready for school, Starbucks coffee in the shot which first properly/informally introduces the character, the school entrance for the shot when walking in, classroom for the shot when the whispering and isolation commences.

What equipment will be taken? Who will be present? What props are required?

Camera, books, lockers, and any other spare props for the classroom scene eg. Pencil cases, writing paper, folders, etc. We will require books, make up and coffee as props outside of the classroom setting. Robyn, myself and extras will be present during our scenes- including members of the general public.

What are the potential hazards associated with the location?

Lots of people cutting in front of the camera, extra noise/disturbances, may not be able to film in some of our chosen locations and substances that could potentially cause damage to our equipment.

Is there water at the location (pond, swimming pool, waterfall)? How will this be planned for?

No, there is no water present at any of our locations that would cause significant damage.

What are the risks associated with the general public? How will these be dealt with?

People who don't wish to be filmed- we will ask their permission beforehand and get their written consent. They could potentially damage some of our equipment, props, etc.They may be rude or violent towards us.

How will the equipment be stored during the shoot?

Everyone is responsible for each piece of equipment they use in that scene, so they will carry it from different locations.

How will the equipment be stored after the shoot/overnight?

In the media store cupboard.
