Our health accommodations include Skilled Nursing Care and Therapy Services in Meadowbrook Health Center and Assisted Living with Memory Care and Skilled Nursing Care in our Green House Homes. Meadowbrook Health CenterMeadowbrook Health CenterWhether your stay is temporary or residential, Meadowbrook Health Center has a place for you. Consistently rated among the top nursing communities in the country, Meadowbrook Health Center at Clark-Lindsey provides short-term, hospice, and residential skilled nursing care. Inpatient and outpatient occupational, physical, and speech therapies are available at Meadowbrook, in our adjacent Renewal Therapy Center. Aqua therapy is also available at Renewal Therapy Center on an outpatient basis. Providing premier health care is our top priority in the Health Center. A licensed nurse is on duty at all times, and certified nursing assistants (CNA’s) support residents with their activities of daily living as needed. Ongoing staff education, research-supported treatments and activities, technology integration and holistic health opportunities guide Meadowbrook policies and practices.

We recognize that transitioning to a nursing community can be daunting. At Meadowbrook Health Center, we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. Group and one-on-one activities are available daily, for residents to participate in at their leisure. We believe in the importance of keeping residents connected, even beyond our walls, and strive to provide person-centered care and services. We cultivate social, intellectual, physical, and spiritual well-being among residents and staff across our campus, with a particular emphasis on self-determination and dignity in Meadowbrook Health Center. Residents assist in the decision-making-process as much as possible, and we build personal relationships with residents and families in order to tailor services to each resident’s unique situation. Staff roles, resident activities, and organizational structure are also designed around the wants, needs, and preferences of our residents. It is this level of commitment that protects a resident’s ability to maintain an enriched and purposeful life.

Renewal TherapyRenewal TherapyRenewal Therapy Center at Clark-Lindsey provides inpatient and outpatient occupational, physical, and speech therapies. Aqua therapy is available on an outpatient basis. A new, expanded therapy gym, first-in-the-area therapy nature walk, occupational therapy suite, and other research-based, cutting-edge services combine with an exceptional staff to make our therapy services unique.

Therapy programs at Renewal Therapy Center are tailored to each patient to reach their individual goals. Treatment programs are implemented by licensed therapists in conjunction with a physician’s recommendations, using state-of-the-art therapeutic programs and equipment to support quality-of-life goals. Those receiving in-patient therapy feel right at home during their recovery in our private Medicare-certified rooms, complete with private bathrooms, flat screen televisions, and other well-appointed furnishings. For those recovering from an illness or surgery, with the goal of returning home, Renewal Therapy is here for you.
