HEALTH MINISTER IN CHHATTISGARH
Health, Family Welfare and Medical Education Minister Mr. Ajay Chandrakar convened a meeting of senior officials.
He insisted upon the idea of the necessity of making health and medical services 100 per cent result-oriented. When he took the charge of
Health Department, he chaired his first departmental meeting.
In this introductory meeting, he took note of the departmental activities and schemes from officials concerned. According to the health minister in
Chhattisgarh, the Health Department is directly associated to common people.
Therefore it is the responsibility of officials concerning this department to stay alert 24x7 for providing better health and medical services to people of state.
Under the competent leadership of health minister in Chhattisgarh, it is the top-priority of the department to provide complete benefit of health and medical
services to each of the needy person of state.
The efforts of Public Health Engineering Department to supply water in the far-flung regions of Dantewada, Bijapur and Bastar (Jagdalpur) of Bastar Revenue Division
was a major developmental step.
It is the 20th meeting of Bastar Development Authority. About Rs 31 crore 84 lakh had been sanctioned to provide electricity connections to irrigation pumps to three thousand 299 farmers
in the area. The permission has been granted to 20 hospitals in the 'Haat-Bazaars' region.
According to the health minister in Chhattisgarh, the facility of water must be given the priority. About eight thousand habitations are still present where there is
temporary facility of water.
