Our Services / examples:

Insurance Premium Funding• A large pathology / medical service provider has a lump sum insurance premium that was going to affect their cash

flow.• Our solution was to spread payments over an 11 month period resulting in a more sustainable cash flow for the

business.

Reducing non-tax Deductable Interest• To help reduce the non-tax deductible interest, we linked our customer’s owner occupied home to the commercial debt.• In doing so, we transferred the principle repayments from the commercial loan to the non-tax deductible home loan,

thus reducing non-tax deductible interest quickly.

Pharmacy Purchases – negotiation at every step• $5m pharmacy purchase in which we negotiated the structure of ownership of the pharmacy, lease and borrowings.• We negotiated the correct insurance level between the insurer & bank and negotiated a favourable fixed rate for the

loan.

Pharmacy fit-out• Based on the strength of the overall group, we were able to provide a stand-alone pharmacy fit out, which is funding of

the fit out secured only by the fit out itself.• The benefits of this approached meant the equity in the group could be used for other ventures given this was on a

Greenfield Site!

New Business Working Capital• A pharmacy group that has been in business for over 30 years created a new entity within the group for a new

venture.• We were able to demonstrate the strength of the group and obtained the overdraft with the existing lender

because of our expertise in the market.

Capital Injection via Equipment Finance• A new business approached us seeking finance to fund various equipment to start their business.• We were able to raise funding via an equipment finance loan for the purchase of new equipment and kick start

the venture. Existing Interest Rate• At loan maturity, our customer contacted us to negotiate a better rate with their existing lender.• We were able to obtain a substantially better rate saving the customer in excess of $26,000 per annum.

Owner Occupied Commercial Property Purchase• A customer paid a premium (a slightly higher purchase price than market value), for a commercial property in

which they were the sole tenant.• We were able to link the cash flow of the existing pharmacy as well as an additional property to security to the

loan.
