Out-of-Hours, urgent and unscheduled care services for the Powys, Telford

and Shropshire population, with a head office based in Shrewsbury.

With growing pressure on resources and an increasing demand from

service commissioners for information about services and service quality,

Shropdoc needed a way of meeting the requirements of its commissioners

and internal information users without over burdening its resources with

back office tasks and distracting users away from patient care.
