Katsu Sauce is both creamy and savory and pairs perfectly with AdvancePierre’s Smart Picks Harvest Breaded Chicken Patties (24530). This chicken patty provides 2.00 oz. M/MA + 0.75 serving of bread plus 15 grams of protein per serving.

Creamy Katsu Sauce Recipe In a large bowl, whisk the ingredients to combine well.

Low Fat Plain Yogurt 1 - 5# container Hoisin Sauce 1/2 cup

Low Sodium Ketchup 1/2 cup Garlic Powder 1 Tablespoon

Onion Powder 1 Tablespoon
