In order to achieve this goal, We leverages cutting edge information and communication technologies to cut cost without compromising on quality as well as establishing partnerships to scale its solutions throughout India and beyond. Piramal | Swasthya (formerly known as HMRI) is present across India in 9 states with a 1400 +strong force comprising of 150+ Doctors and specialists. Our innovative technology based solutions have helped 7 state governments to address the issue of availability and accessibility of quality healthcare to needy sections of society.

• Our 104 Health Information Helpline provides right information through experts. This helpline mainly caters to giving solutions for the health problems faced by women and children.

• Mobile Health Services deliver healthcare services at the doorstep to under-developed and underserved rural population goes a long way in screening risky pregnancy cases and solving such issues proactively. 

• Telemedicine can be further enhanced in remote rural areas by providing specialized access through Information and Communication Technology solutions.

• Eswasthya is a dedicated healthcare service in which Swasthya Sahayikas inform eSwasthya call centre about health problems in area. In case of complaint both collaborate & treat patient at nominal fee for the treatment. A combination of all these initiatives can help bridge the gap in healthcare services especially between rural and urban areas.
