What are healthy foods that give us the energy to go on with our daily tasks? How do you recognize a healthy food? However, it doesn’t mean that foods that are not on this article’s list are not at all healthy. They can be healthy, but they may not have all the criteria to be on the list of the healthiest foods on the planet.

It must be affordable and available in your locality.

Lettuce carries a lot of health benefits, but since it is

unavailable in most countries and is also a bit expensive, it is considered to be on the list of
