Healthy Canada by Design – Product List Template Template Instructions The three tables below list (1) peer-review publications, (2) grey literature, and (3) other tools and resources developed through the duration of
your CLASP project. Please complete the following actions for each table:
1. Review the pre-populated information to ensure it is correct.
2. Add any missing products that were developed during your CLASP1 or CLASP1 Renewal project periods to the appropriate table. Please
feel free to add more rows to each section.
If you are unable to provide a URL for any grey literature, tools, or resources, please attach an electronic, soft copy with your submission of this
template. For any products developed in both French and English – please provide a URL or copy for each. If a soft copy is unavailable, please
bring a hard copy to the Wednesday, August 27th Sustaining CLASP Outcomes meeting.

Special Supplement in the Canadian Journal of Public Health. 2012. This special supplement of the CJPH features primary research projects directed at the built environment that were funded by the Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Canadian Institute of Health Research between 2008 and 2012. The publishing of the Journal was supported by CPAC-CLASP through the HCBD CLASP I initiative.
