Healthy is expensive. And being healthy is a desire of everyone. either physical or spiritual Healthy is wealth. Money, a big house, a luxury car, position and other assets we have is nothing compare to health . A healthy person is a person who has a healthy lifestyle. But unfortunately only a few people who know and want to have a healthy lifestyle. Low public awareness of the importance of having a healthy lifestyle, making Indonesia the lowest ranks in the 15 countries in the Asia-Pacific region, related healthy lifestyle patterns. Actually there was an increase number of adult society who exercise regularly since 2011, but the survey shows that the Indonesian people prefer passive activity to relieve stress. Whereas it may increase the new threat to health So that, we can not to interpreted from the Healthy physical but also spiritual And how the healthy lifestle is 1. get the right way to eat - choose healthy foods with balanced nutrition, avoid the fast food, eat more fruits and vegetables, eat fewer snacks and select healthier alternative - Eat 3 times a day. Healthy is wealth. Money, a big house, a luxury car, position and other assets we have is nothing compare to health .

A healthy person is a person who has a healthy lifestyle. But unfortunately only a few people who know and want to have a healthy lifestyle.

And how the healthy lifestle is

1. get the right way to eat- choose healthy foods with balanced nutrition, avoid the fast food, eat more fruits and vegetables, eat fewer snacks and select healthier alternative- Eat 3 times a day. Do not forget to have breakfast. And remember that Eat before hungry, and stop before full- Not too excessive to consume a food. Because Whatever food you eat, although formerly is a healthy and nutritious food, but You eat an excessive amount it will undoubtedly have an impact and a bad influence for our body

2. get some exercise and do healthy check regularly

Exercise is better to do in the morning, because the air is still fresh and it is very good for the respiratory. but we can do also at other times, at least you still took time to exercise .

You can exercise by Going to the gym 3 to 5 times per week. Or Go for a jog . Walk or bike to your destination instead.

Make sure that you move at a moderate pace for at least 30 minutes..

Exercise is very important to increase metabolism. get activity for an hour or more each day.

3. Remember Good Hygiene

- Bathing at least 2x a day

- Wash our hands, feet and face and also brush out teeth before going to bed

- Cleaning our environment regulary

3. Avoid Unhealthy Habits

It is like clubbing, drinking alkohol, free sex, taking drugs, and bad habits most pepole do espicially man is smoking.

In addition it is not only bad for our health, it is also not allowed in religion

Next bad habits are, Excessive use gadgets and other technology

5.avoid stress

stress may appears when things go wrong with our expectation, whether it's about work, family, friends or love

so we have to Rest enough. Do not have less sleep because there are many risk of disease that will come if we lack of sleep and lack of sleep also will shorten your lifespan. But do not be too excessive sleep because it will make you not fresh in the next day

stress may lead us to risk of diseases such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and chronic lung disease.

And another important healthy lifestyle is

drink at least 2 liters of water a day or 10-12 glasses of water a day

Get Enough sleep, get closer to God , less any bad feelings or prejudices. Consult to psychologist if you have mental problems or to other people who you trust if you are shy. Open your heart to accept criticism, feedback and suggestions from others and change your lifestyle if needed for the health of your soul or your mind.

And for the last related to the theme of my speech about a healthy lifestyle is simply:

eating healthy, drinking enough, regular exercise, less toxins that enter our body, and reduce the potential to stress. And everyone will be health with this simply healthy lifestyle.
