Goal:• During a stressful day, many will not have time for a full

nutritious meal when working long hours as well as have the energy to go to the gym after a long 12 hour shift.

• My goal:• provide these workers with the nutrition they need and sending

them away from the vending machines• Provide exercise equipment to have available for employee use

Conclusion:• This program is not strictly geared to helping individuals to

lose weight. • Our main focus is to providing our employees with the best

nutrition options, easy on the go, and that also taste good. • This job is very stressful and demanding - this program will

help lower and sustain their health, even if its not perfect, it will be better than their previous habits.
