  • 1. 1 cup multi-grain cup powdered cup melted2 tablespoons A pinch ofwheat flour white sugarheart-healthy cocoa powderbaking soda margarine1 teaspoon milk

2. Oven Cookie Tray Aluminum FoilCookie Cutters Sieve 3. Sieve all the dry ingredients except sugar. This gives the mixture a light and airy structure 4. Mix the sieved dry ingredients together with a spoon foruniformity 5. Buy a block ( 100 gms.) of heart-healthy margarine and melt it. Ensure that the container does not directly touch the flamewhile melting as that will alter the flavor of the margarine 6. Make a mixture of sugar and margarine and mix till sugar melts completely.Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients mixture and pour thesugar margarine mixture. 7. You will obtain a crumbly mixture which needs to be kneadedinto a dough 8. Make a dough. If the crumbly mixture is too dry for making adough, add a teaspoon of margarine. Let the dough rest for 5-6 hrs. You could refrigerate it for 2-3 hrs. also if you want. 9. When the dough is set, flatten it out with the help of a chapatirolling pin 10. Shape cookies of desired shapes using cookie cutters. 11. Preheat the oven 12. Line the cookie tray with foil paper 13. Bake the cookies at 170 degrees for 25 mins 14. You will obtain 20-25 small size or 12 medium sized cookiesdepending upon the size of the cookie cutters you use
