THE DOCTORS CENTER MOBILE SERVICES’ comprehensive hearing conservation program is designed to protect workers exposed to a time weighted average of 85db or greater and to comply with the OSHA code of federal regulations 1910.95.
Audiometric Testing• In-depth hearing history questionnaire• Documented equipment calibration reports• Continuous monitoring of test room noise levels• Otoscopic evaluation of the ear canal• Four to �ve employees at a time tested in sound insulated booth• Testing conducted by CAOHC-certi�ed technicians
