Questions asked to address
- The Biosphere area Vattenriket, the economic association Södra and the Forest Agency was thinking 2006 - we find out if the Model Forest concept can work to handle water issues
• How can the landscape perspective contributes to the integration of objectives (and actors)?
- two current examples of our seven key issues will be shown

and first nation
- At the 1992 Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro,
the Prime Minister of Canada made a
commitment to extend the concept of Model
Forests internationally
- Today about 60 MF distributed on four
continents
- In Sweden three members of IMFN
- Helge å MF full member since January 2016

Based on the parish's perspective, with a landscape approach, we promote initiatives that hopefully leads to sustainable development of economic, social and environmental values.

Collaboration - The Nearest Future
• Regional action plans for green infrastructure (RAGI), HMF
appointed as collaboration platform by the County
Administrative board of Kronoberg- EPA emphasizes that the county administrative work with RAGI
should be characterized by inclusiveness, perseverance and a
landscape perspective
• ”Marriage” between Helge å MF and Collaboration for
Hanöbukten based on ACAP,
-Atlantic Coastal Action Program (ACAP) is a community-based
program that promotes local leadership and action
