Hello, Goodbye One Potato, Two Potato
Chorus Hello, hello, how do you do
You say hello to me and I say hello to you
Now here’s a funny thing, so can you tell me why
We often say hello…”hello”…and then we say goodbye.
Verse 1 When you see your friend as you’re walking down the street,
You stop and say hello every time you meet
You chat for a while but doesn’t time fl y
You’ve hardly said hello before it’s time to say goodbye.
Verse 2 If you go to a party or you’ve just arrived at school
You say hello to those you know, they say hello to you
And when it’s time to go back home, you have to say goodbye
But you can always say hello…the next time you come by.
Hello, hello, how do you do etc

More Than One One Potato, Two Potato
There are monkeys and bears and a big kangaroo,
Lions and tigers and elephants too;
Pandas and camels and a talking cockatoo…
Lots more animals live in the zoo.
There are bison, okapi and even a gnu,
An elk and an eland and a rhino or two;
There are birds, there are fi sh, there are insects too…
I visit them all and say ‘How do you do?’

Who Needs Plants?
In my little garden, now promise you won’t laugh,
I haven’t any fl owers and I haven’t any grass,
But now I’m going to dig and plant
And soon I’ll have a show,
With a bit of sun and a bit of rain
There’ll be a lovely row of
Chorus One potato, two potato, three potato four
Five potato, six potato, seven potato more
One potato, two potato, three potato four
Five potato, six potato, seven potato more.

Who Needs Plants? One Potato, Two Potato
I’m going to grow so many things, I’ll surely never starve,
Cabbages and caulifl owers, I won’t do things by halves,
I‘ll plant a row of runner beans,
They’ll grow so very high,
With a bit of sun and a bit of rain,
They’ll reach up to the sky.
One potato, two potato etc…
So if you’re ever down my way, do please drop in for tea.
We’ll have lettuces and radishes, they’ll all be grown by me,
Tomatoes too, and cucumbers,
Oh what a lovely spread!
And if you do not like that,
You can always have instead:
One potato, two potato etc…

Low Down
You can feel it in the pavement
Underneath your feet
Rattling, clattering
Battering the street
Tearing up the tarmac
Crunching up the cobbles
Shaking up the kitchen
(See the jelly wobble)
It’s a road drill –
Road drill!
Brrr…..!
You can’t hear a word
Or even a shout
You quake and you shake
Till your teeth fall out
I hope it’s going to stop
I hope it will be soon
If it gets any louder
They’ll hear it on the moon
It’s the road drill –
Road drill!
Brrr…..!

Jack and the Beanstalk
I’m singing for my master
My master, my master,
I’m singing for my master,
This beautiful day.
Oh somebody is stealing me,
Stealing me, stealing me,
Somebody is stealing me,
Off and away!
