It is the last month before Summer hollidays. We are all very busy , but we can also find some time of resting. Last week, we went on a school trip to visit a center for birds in danger of extinction.

There is an hospital for them. Firstable , the center assistant explains to us all the nowadays

danger : hunting, pesticides, poisoning, chicks knocked down in the harvest, nests discovered or destroyed, birds electrocuted,…

explained how to take care of an injured bird: to hold it with a piece of cloth, to transport it in a cardboard box and once at home, let it alone in a dark room until the skilled person comes for it.

GOLDEN GOLDEN EAGLESEAGLESNowadays there

are very few eagles in Europe and one of the seven endanger species bird of prey in the world is what we call ‘the imperial eagle’.

Some scientists get here the first birth in captivity of this species.
