area, location, preferred brand.

• Forgot Password – Enter your

registered email to retrieve your

password. An email will be sent with

FAQs

Will wateronclick.com supply based on order over phone call?

No. We suggest all our customers to create an account with us and book their orders online.

Can I cancel my orders and get my money back?

You can cancel your order; however the money will be converted as equal payback points on your

account which you can redeem for future orders without any loss.

Can I reschedule my orders?

No. However you can cancel the existing order and rebook based on your new requirement. Please refer

the previous FAQ for more details.

What is a payback point? How I can redeem it?

Whenever you cancel your order or make a prepayment, the money paid is converted as payback points

and kept in your account with wateronclick.com. You can redeem those payback points whenever you

make your orders online. While booking your orders and initiate payment transaction, the system will

automatically redeem your balance payback points out of your order value.

Is there any cancellation charges?

No. There are no cancellation charges.

Can I change brand after my order?

No. You cannot change brand after your order is booked. You will have to cancel and book your order

again.

Where do I choose my preferred brand?

You can choose preferred brand while creating your account with us. You can also update it under

"profile" page under "login" menu

Can I book multiple brands?

Not in a single order. You have to individual order for each brand.

Can I postpone delivery or request for a postponement?

Yes you can. Whenever our delivery boys visit your home for delivery, you can request for a change or

reschedule only for that delivery. In such case, we will deliver the next day or when you need.

If I am unavailable on a specific delivery date, what will happen?

If you are unavailable, we will delivery you the next day whenever you are available. If you are out of

home for longer during, we suggest you to cancel the particular order before you leave.

Can I change my location address after booking my order?

Yes. You can edit in your profile.

Can I return some other empty water cans during refill or closing my account?

No. We accept only wateronclick.com cans and subject to conditions.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

No. We do not have cash on delivery option.

What if I close my account with existing balance in my payback points?

You can close your account anytime with us. The remaining balance in your payback points will be paid

back to you at your delivery address.

Will I get money while returning empty cans whenever i close my account?

Yes. We will buy used cans at prevailing market rate at our discretion subject to conditions.

What are my payment options?

Net banking, Credit Cards and Debit Cards

Will you call me before delivery?

No. We make delivery according to your selected plan during order booking. You can change the plan

whenever you want. Please refer question "Can I reschedule my orders?" for more details.

Will you charge extra based on floors?

Up to 1st floor we do not charge extra. For additional floors we charge 5 rupees extra.

Should I pay tips to the delivery boy?

No. We do not recommend paying tips to delivery boys. Wateronclick.com takes care of its employee

allowances.
