Open hours: Monday – Friday: 10.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.Saturday – Sunday: closed.

The users are obliged

to handle carefully the books borrowed from the library;

not to make any notes in the books, not to tear off or fold pages, not to damage barcodes. Let the librarian know about any defects noticed in the book; the user who has used a damaged book last bears the responsibility for it;

the barcode of a book is unique. Do not confuse your books with other students ones. You are responsible for the items written down in your ticket; in case of the loss or damage of the book the reader has to substitute it by a book of equal value or give a refund;

course books are borrowed with a library card. The 1-st and 2-d year students borrow the books for a semester, the 3-d - 6-th year students – for a cycle. At the end of a semester or a cycle the books must be returned to the library;

if a book is overdue, a fee (3 rubles) is charged for every day after the expiration date for each item;

the students taking a year off or dropping out from the academy or applying for a departure visa must return all the items to the library and sign a withdrawal form at the departments of the library.

The e-catalogue has been held since 2000 and contains bibliographic records for books, theses, thesis abstracts, periodicals, articles, e-resources.
