Natural Resources are things that

come from nature, such as plants,

animals, soil. Helps a country’s

economy grow.

Capital Goods—tools used in the production of goods and services.

Human Capital—the value that humans bring to the marketplace; includes the education,

training, skills, and health care of the workers in a business or country.

The higher the literacy rate the higher the standard of living the higher the GDP

Traditional Economy = system that relies on customs, history, and traditions.

Tradition guides economic decisions. Often depend on agriculture, fishing,

hunting, gathering, or some combination of the above. They use barter

instead of money.
