Your retirement plan will have access to a vast array of investment choices, providing a broad representation of asset classes, to best meet the needs of your participants. You and your financial advisor will hand-pick the investment lineup for your plan.

PortfolioXpress®1 is a tailored target date asset allocation service that offers one-step diversification. PortfolioXpress® creates an automated glidepath for each participant using only the investments available in your plan (as recommended by your financial advisor and chosen by you).

Optional 3(21) fiduciary services.2 Mesirow Financial Investment Management, Inc. (Mesirow Financial), an independent, SEC-registered investment advisor, can provide you with plan-level investment advice and ERISA Section 3(21) fiduciary services. Mesirow Financial will:

• Assist you in your fiduciary responsibilities with respect to investment selection and monitoring.

• Provide you with the Elite List – a broad menu of approved funds across many asset classes on the Transamerica platform for which Mesirow Financial takes fiduciary responsibility.

• Perform and defend its duties and obligations with respect to investment option monitoring in compliance with ERISA. If the plan sponsor and/or the advisor are sued by a third-party claiming that Mesirow Financial breached its ERISA fiduciary duty, the liability to Mesirow Financial is uncapped and Mesirow Financial will step in and defend the claim.

Annual retirement review. Customized annual plan reviews for plan sponsors, so you know where you stand and where you’re headed.

Chatham Partners’ 2014 Client Satisfaction Analysis - Transamerica Retirement Solutions received 82 “Best in Class” ratings in Chatham Partners’ 2014 Client Satisfaction Analysis program, for the small-plan market. Chatham Partners, LLC is an independent, third-party research firm. Chatham Partners’ 2014 Client Satisfaction Analysis is based on 468 small- plan client responses. The “Best in Class” references are to service categories when 85% or more of Transamerica clients rated Transamerica as a “6” or “7” on a 7-point scale.

Transamerica Retirement Solutions was awarded 66 “Best in Class” Cups in the under $5 million to $1 billion markets in PLANSPONSOR® magazine’s 2014 Defined Contribution Survey for sponsor and participant services. The complete results of the Defined Contribution Survey were announced in the November 2014 issue of PLANSPONSOR®

magazine. The survey polled 5,291 clients. “Best in Class” awards are given to the three highest scoring providers in each area of service and any other providers with scores that exceed the benchmark score established for a given asset range.

PortfolioXpress® is available to plans that have online enrollment at no additional cost although the fees of the underlying investment choices continue to apply. PortfolioXpress® is a service which presents a series of asset allocation models up to and through a designated retirement year. The participant is solely responsible for selecting the retirement year. In implementing the service, the participant agrees to each of the asset allocation mixes, and each of the automated rebalancing transactions that will take place over time within the account as the participant approaches a selected retirement year. If participants sign up, they should carefully review the service agreement for details on any applicable fees and other terms and conditions that may apply. PortfolioXpress®

is designed as investment education. Retirement date portfolios are subject to the same risks as the underlying asset classes in which they invest. The higher the portfolio’s allocation to stocks generally the greater the risk. The principal value of the portfolio is never guaranteed, including at and after the target date. Diversification does not guarantee against loss in a falling market.

2 Mesirow Financial is an independent, SEC-registered investment advisor, and can provide the plan sponsor with plan-level investment advice and ERISA Section 3(21) fiduciary services. Mesirow Financial services as an investment fiduciary along with the sponsor, and provides unbiased investment advice to the sponsor in the selection and monitoring of the plan’s investment line-up. The plan sponsor maintains complete control and responsibility over the selection of the plan’s investment line-up. The fee for 3(21) fiduciary service is charged again plan assets, and is deducted monthly. Mesirow Financial will act as an investment fiduciary only for those investment it recommends on its Elite list. Sponsors can choose investment choices from the Elite List for Mesirow Financial’ s fiduciary coverage to apply. The specific role played by Mesirow Financial and the legal protection offered is governed by the agreement between Mesirow Financial and the plan sponsor. Nothing herein is intended to modify such agreement. Mesirow Financial is not affiliated with Transamerica.

3 Plan Administration Service Support (PASS) is an optional menu of varying services that the plan sponsor (and the plan’s third party administrator) can select. PASS allows Transamerica to perform non-discretionary administrative services for the plan at the direction of the Plan Administrator under guidelines established by the Plan Administrator in its sole discretion, and is available depending upon the plan’s assets. Additional fees will apply for the PASS services that you choose. The plan’s third party administrator may determine availability of these services.
