Welcome to CXK’s Services to Schools brochure, which showcases our range of tailored student support programmes, which are available to schools and colleges throughout Kent, Sussex and Essex
Our impartial services effectively support a school or college in meeting the Ofsted framework for measuring the personal development, behaviour and welfare of students by promoting and supporting students’ choices about the next stage of their education, employment, self-employment or training.
We work closely with school and college staff to develop and deliver bespoke careers guidance and student support programmes that meet your school’s individual requirements and budget. We’re passionate about helping your students to make informed choices about their future, and working with you to ensure their positive social, emotional and academic development.
At CXK, we understand that every student is different. Our team is experienced in providing impartial advice to
young people of all ages and abilities to suit their individual needs. We support them where key decisions need to be made, and inspire them to achieve their full potential.
This brochure provides an overview of each service. However, should you need further information, or to discuss requirements for a bespoke service, please get in touch.

Welcome
Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance
Evidence shows that students who receive high quality careers advice when making subject and career decisions are three times less likely to spend significant periods of time not in education, employment or training (NEET).
CXK’s impartial careers advice and guidance services effectively support a school or college in meeting the Ofsted framework for measuring the personal development, behaviour and welfare of students by promoting and supporting students’ choices about the next stage of their education, employment, self-employment or training.
