ALCOA DURA-BRIGHT WHEELS WITH XBR TECHNOLOGY

Alcoa's patented Dura-Bright surface treatment allows easy cleaning - just use soap and water for a long-lasting, beautiful shine! And Dura-Bright wheels are no 53% more reflective than the first generation that truckers have loved mile-after-mile. Since Alcoa's Dura-Bright pen-etrates the aluminum, it won't crack, chip, peel or corrode - and it never needs polishing to maintain that sparkling appearance.

ALCOA DURA-FLANGE WHEELS

Specially treated to reduce or eliminate rim flange wear. Alcoa Dura-Flange wear protection wheels have half the rim flange wear of traditional aluminum wheels - or less. This design feature makes Dura-Flange wear protection wheels most appropriate for applications where loads are heavy and prone to shifting, causing tire walls to rub against the wheel rims. Alcoa Dura-Flange wear protection wheels are the only aluminum wheels on the market today that are protected from this type of wear, giving them at least double the life of other aluminum wheels in applications like transit bus, tanker and heavy hauling.

Backspace - The horizontal distance from the wheel mounting surface to the inboard rim flange.
