1. About Henfux

Henfux was founded in mid 1990s as a grinding accessories shop,

with 20 years rapid development, Henfux now becomes a group

company headquartered in Shenzhen city, with subsidiaries covering

mainland China, Taiwan, and Hongkong. The group has totally 9

subsidiaries, they belong to 8 Business Units(BU): Centerless Grinding

Machine BU, Cylindrical Grinding Machine BU,High Speed Tapping &

Drilling Center BU, CNC Machine Center BU, CNC Lathe BU, Machining

BU, Sheet Metal BU, Casting Production BU, each BU focuses on the

specific product’s R&D and Production.

Henfux introduces international leading manufacture technology,

continuously invests on self research & Development, together with

top class equipment and rich experience on machine manufacture,

now Henfux has various patented products in Machine Center,

Tapping & Drilling Center, Lathe, and Centerless Grinding Machine,

the high end machines of Henfux already reach international first

class level.

Keeping Focusing & Investment on R&D, Marketing, and Service, this

is the key factor to help Henfux achieve fast and stable development

in the past years. The School-Enterprise Cooperation program builds

up talent pool for Henfux, through this program, students can get

training in production line, Henfux technical experts also give lectures

to them regularly, to train practical talent who is good at skill and

knowledge and make Henfux as an outstanding blue-collar base.

Based on the all-around industrial chain which has been built up,

2. Henfux Centerless Grinding Machine BU

Centerless Grinding Machine BU is one of Henfux Business Units, also

the oldest product lines of Henfux, in 2003, Henfux introduced

Technology from Taiwan to set up the centerless grinder product line

in mainland China, currently we produce 3 types centerless grinder:

Hydrodynamic centerless grinder, Hydrostatic centerless grinder, CNC

centerless grinder.

Hydrodynamic centerless grinder is the economy type machine

which is widely used in grinding works, currently, most of the

centerless grinder makers are producing this kind of machine.

Hydrostatic centerless grinder is the high end machine which is made

with Henfux patent technology—Hydrostatic spindle.

Hydrostatic spindle bearing arrangement can provide advanced

spindle technology with following benefits:

A. Technical advantage

-High rigidity even during heavier than normal loading and low

eccentricity.

-High pressure flow of spindle oil reduces spindle heating.

-A film of high pressure oil between the spindle and spindle bearing

ensures there is zero direct metal to metal contact.

B. The Stiffness of the spindle:

Henfux designed stiffness of our Hydrostatic spindle is 25kg/cm2,

hydrostatic is a complete formed and doesn`t mean just the SPIDNLE

but also the housing and oil loop. The spindle stiffness of Hydrostatic

spindle is 4 times higher than the Hydrodynamic spindle stiffness.

This will help in sustaining the high precision for a longer period of

time.

C. Frequency resonant:

This is an overall measure of machine rigidity measure. The higher

parameters enabled to removal higher rate material removal.

Generally in standard, the Frequency resonant of Hydrostatic spindle

type bearing & housing attributes nearly 500Hz v/s 80 Hz for the

conventional spindle design

D. The ultimate gain between Hydrostatic spindle and

Hydrodynamic spindle.

-At least 20 to 30 % higher productivity compared to Hydrodynamic

type arrangement and Hydrostatic type can given more advantage for

GW.

-At least 15 ~20 % Higher accuracy compared to Hydrodynamic type

spindle.

E. Henfux offers 3 years Warranty for Hydrostatic spindle bearing

arrangement.

CNC centerless grinder is the main flow of current manufacturing

requirement, more faster, more efficiency, more precision are the

common requirement of high-end manufacture. Henfux has one

experienced R&D team to design CNC machine according to

customer’s requirement.

Featured with auto loading/unloading, auto dressing, auto infeed,

auto compensation, Henfux CNC centerless grinder can match

customer’s complex and big batch production.

3. Henfux R&D capability

Henfux Grinding machine’s R&D are leading by Mr. Auto Chen(from

Taiwan), Mr. Paohua Tsai(from Taiwan) and Mr. Xiaoqing Mei(from

Mainland China), all of them have more than 20 years experience in

centerless grinder design and manufacture. Mr. Auto Chen and Mr.

Tsai are the patent owner of “Hydrostatic Spindle” technology.

Henfux has 2 R&D centers in Taiwan and Ningbo, we invest 5% of

annual sales into R&D to keep innovation in technology, the

continuous investment of R&D makes Henfux different with

competitors.

The three tech heads lead the teams of design, application, and

operation, each team focuses on specific work/direction, the strong

R&D facility drives Henfux in high development speed in the industry.

Henfux has 5 factories in Mainland China and Taiwan, they are:

Among all the 5 factories, 3 factories provides grinder manufacturing

facility, For grinding machine, Guizhou plant makes the standard

machine, Ningbo plant doing the customization work of CNC machine,

Taiwan plant makes the special purpose machine for special

requirement.

Henfux has the art of status industry park which has the high end

construction as well as restrict management on production and

operation.

Henfux Guizhou factory is invested by Henfux Technology group with

620 million RMB, the factory has 14.2 ha area and 140k m^2 building

size, the annual production capability is 1200 machines.

5. Marketing status & plan

Henfux provides centerless grinding machine to customers in China,

South east Asia countries, and Europe countries, in China market,

Henfux seize the biggest marketing sharing(around 10%) compare

with competitors. In the past 5 years, Henfux centerless grinder

gained 5~10% increase in each year, we shipped 700+ centerless

grinder in year 2014.

Henfux has a strong and aggressive sales & service team which covers

whole China, we have 8 region offices in China which can reach every

province easily, besides of this, Henfux has 150 agents in China, based

on the strong cooperation between Henfux and partner, our

customers can get quick support and quolified product.

Henfux will put more energy on oversea market to enlarge our

marketing sharing and gain new increase point, currently we already

supplied machines to India, Thailand, Turkey, Russia, France etc.

Also, Henfux will invest more on technical innovation, will build up

cooperation with other organizations to build up new strength, to

enhance our competition capability in the market.

6. CSR

Henfux always caring social responsibility, each year we will keep

denote on education, poor aiding, school-enterprise cooperation.

Henfux deeply knows that company’s development is support by the

society, Henfux should feedback to society when we are developed.
