MM6208S high performance thermoplastic polyamide isdesigned to meet low pressure molding process requirements.This product can be processed at low processing pressure dueto its low viscosity, allowing encapsulation of fragilecomponents without damage. This material produces no toxicfumes in process and provides a good balance of low and hightemperature performance. MM6208S exhibits great flexibility inapplications requiring strain relief and is ideal for encapsulationof heat-producing components.

MM6208S meets UL 94 V-0 Flammability at 3.175mmthickness. RTI rating of 95C.

MM6208S has been formulated to provide the best possiblemoldability and as wide a molding latitude as possible. Much ofthe final molding parameters will be determined by the molddesign. Although molding and curing conditions will vary fromsituation to situation, recommended starting ranges are shownabove.
