software only. Our engineers have developed
a special program which controls all essential
parameters in dependence on the individual
mixture – for a reproducible highest
product quality. Even variations of the raw
material characteristics can automatically
be compensated – without quality loss in
the final product.
Of course, each mixer can be integrated into
an automised material handling system.

weighing and storage of the raw material

The fundamental concept is the same as used in the well established High IntensityMixer FM. However, a combination of cooledmixing tool and drive shaft together with the multiple zone cooling of the mixing bowlmake the Process Mixer MB the specialistconcept to meet the highest demands in theplastics industry and pigment processing.Due to a combination of processing and cooling of the material in the Process Mixer,cleaning expense is considerably reducedproviding an essential advantage in shortenedproduction down-time.In addition to these features specific processessuch as Bonding of metallic powder coatingsrequire a specially developed software program to achieve optimum results and outstanding product quality.
