An increasing number of Redland

City parks are now more comfortable

and sun-safe, making them a great

place to meet up with friends,

plan a picnic, have playtime with

a parents group, or entertain the

children in the great outdoors.

Ongoing improvements at Council

parks include:

increased shade cover over •

playground areas

increased tree planting (for future shade) •

upgraded playground areas, including new •

furniture/equipment and water bubblers.

Council is proud to deliver sun-safe parks

to Redland residents as part of the Shade

in Parks project.
