Here is a Brief Tour of Our Offices:
Our offices are located 30 minutes north of O’Hare
International Airport in the Bannockburn/Deerfield area.
Our first floor entrance in the
Bannockburn Atrium (formerly the Bannockburn Executive
Plaza) is handicap-accessible with convenient parking.
Our East Conference Room comfortably seats six participants, and can be configured for video conferencing on our Polycom HDX 7000. This room is best suited for small meetings or interviews in-person or via telepresence.
Past the East Conference Room are the Central and North Conference Rooms
left and right, respectively.

The North Conference Room is a smaller, more private space
well suited for preliminary meetings or private phone
calls. The room can be used at no extra charge when booking
our other rooms.
Beyond these rooms is the West Conference Room.
The Central Conference Room seats eight people when configured as shown. The room can also host videoconferences on our Lifesize Express 220 high definition video conferencing system. The room works best for medium-sized depositions or meetings in person or remotely with video conferencing.

The West Conference Room, which can seat up to 12
participants, provides a spacious and visually attractive setting for depositions and other meetings
that require a larger, fully functional conference space.
The conference room can support presentations such as Powerpoint on a large display, conference phone calls, videotaping via videography, or high definition video conferencing. Utilizing our Lifesize Express 220 in this room for video conferencing saves time and money on travel expenses.
