1985 Established sales office in Ann Arbor, MI as Hiruta U.S.A. Inc. 1988 Purchased 10 acres of ground. Sept. 29, established Heritage Products, Inc. 1989 Completed the original 45,000 square foot building. 1990 Purchased an additional 12 acres of ground. 1991 Completed phase II plant expansion of 45,000 square feet of manufacturing space. 1992 Completed phase III plant expansion of 16,000 square feet of manufacturing space. 1994 Completed phase IV plant expansion of 36,000 square feet of manufacturing space. 1995 Completed phase V office expansion of 6,000 square feet. 1997 ISO 9002 Certification 1999 QS 9000 Certification 2002 ISO 14001 Certification 2002 Completed phase VI plant expansion of 46,600 square feet of manufacturing space. 2003 Completed installation of 2000 Ton Transfer Press 2004 TS 16949 Certification 2005 First shipments to Ford Motor Company and Mitsubishi Australia, Ltd. 2007 Ford Q1 Certification
