Improve multilingual search through language attributes and LOD vocabularies

Relevant metadata fields for language attributes („en“, „it“, etc.) description, key words, title, alternative title

DFF includes LOD links in the EDM export to Europeana: (genres, places/locations)

Why LOD is not used in EFG

DFF delivers to Europeana links to vocabularies (geographic terms, key words) that allow Europeana to display data in different languages

The EFG metadata schema is currently not able to handle Linked Data

Needs to be adapted

How you can enrich your data

Provide language attributes for key words, titles and descriptions

Provide content in good quality: 400px for thumbnails, 800px for images, 480px for videos
