All photo shoots, with or without a permit, must be prescheduled with Heritage Village staff. Call (727) 582-2123 or email [email protected]. Please plan in advance and allow at least three business days for a reply.
Once the shoot location and date are approved by village staff, photographers needing a permit must email [email protected] to begin the process. Please allow 10 days from start to finish.
All professional photographers must check in with staff in the museum lobby when they arrive.
Staged photography inside exhibits, porches, doorways and entrances is strictly prohibited.
The handling of artifacts and going behind roped areas are prohibited.
