With the total area of over 400 hectares, the Chu Lai – Truong Hai Complex (Quang Nam Province) is one of the largest and most advanced auto manufacturing bases in ASEAN. It houses more than 30 companies and factories where Vietnam’s leading Truong Hai Auto Corporation organizes a variety of activities, from production, research & development, to distribution and retailing.

The construction, started in 2003, is still ongoing to expand the complex.

Given such significance, Häfele Vietnam is proud to have successfully delivered two movable walls which, when needed, can effectively divide the complex’s convention center into three rooms with good sound insulation.

Chu Lai – Truong Hai Complex

Two fire-resistant Palace 110 walls measured at 8.5 (H) x 28.6 (L) x 0.1 (D) m. They are made of high moisture-resistant MDF board with steel frame and the sound insulation level of 53 dB. One of Häfele’s most popular movable wall systems, Palace 110 has been installed at many up-scale hotels across Vietnam such as Hilton Hotel (Da Nang), Sheraton Hotel (Ho Chi Minh City), Sofitel Hotel (Ho Chi Minh City), and Vingroup’s major projects (Vincom Ha Tinh, Vinpearl Condotel Nha Trang, Vincom Lang Son…). It is equipped with various special features to meet different demands:

- Sound insulation of 37 to 58 dB Rw- Metal construction with high-quality track and trolley system - Possible heights of up to 15 meters- Available in curved walls and tracks- Fire-resistant model resisting fire for up to

30-60 minutes with a pass door- A wide range of finishes- Available in semi-automatically operated
