HHV has a full-fledged watch crystals fabrication facility to produce one millionwatch crystals per month.

The well equipped manufacturing facility includes , Profile grinding machines,Bevel Polishing machines, Surface Lapping Machines, Surface Polishing Machines,Ultrasonic Cleaning Machines, Toughening Machines, Profile Projectors,Cylindrical Milling Machines, Cylindrical Polishing Machines, Coating Machines,Screen Printing Machines.

Processed different glass materials like B270, N-Bk7, Float glass, Quartz, SCHOTTfilter glass, Duran, Borofloat , Germanium and zinc sulphide.

Sizes of the glasses ranges from 10mm to 50mm with lamda/2 surface finish, 60-40 scratch dig ratio and parallelity 3 arc min.

Capability to bend the glasses to cylindrical and elliptical shapes.
