H&I 2010 Accomplishments • We worked with the Communication Committee to create an email alias

to communicate to CoDA members who are interested and signed up to support H&I efforts. This list is for CoDA members who are H & I (Hospital and Institutions) contacts for their region or group. The purpose is to send information regarding H & I service opportunities and resources from the H & I Committee and then for the contacts to share that information with their Intergroup or local meetings. Individual members may also be part of the list in order find out more about H & I service. – Request was sent out via CoDA Announcements in October, 2010 and to

regional contacts in order to get area H&I contacts– We started with 25 contacts and it has grown to over 300 email subscribers – Sent out welcome letter to new subscribers– H&I created a newsletter “H&I Lights” highlighting what is happening with

H&I world. It was sent March 2011 and will be sent quarterly via the listserve

• Updated the FSM - we will be submitting a motion at the 2011 CSC

• Worked with CoRE and Finance to improve the efficiency of shipping and tracking donations and expenditures.
