Founded EWCS Design, a design firm focused on building products that create social change. Launched Rebond, a mobile trivia game for the iPhone. Provided a range of services to clients, including: UX/UI design, graphic design, and coding. Clients include Weltek Analytics Inc., Tagee, Eye Innovations, The Evoluer House, and 2010 National Policy Conference ‘TIME TO ACT’.

Gathered user feedback from our customer base to sketch and create wireframes using Axure, Adobe CC, and Invision. Validated design decisions with user data by creating responsive clickable prototypes and testing on usertesing.com. Redesigned and increased recurring transactions within the Account Access section by 5% in 6 months.

Created user-centric designs that met the immediate needs of our target audience using Adobe CC. Conducted stakeholder interviews and both remote & in-person user interviews and usability tests at Blue media. Created click-throughs and prototypes for web, mobile, and tablet for use during tests using Adobe Dreamweaver, HTML5, and CSS3. Synthesized and compiled findings to inform UX strategy. Increased AARP online community engagement for the month of April: comments by 91%, posts by 7% to 10.3K, and likes by 38% to 1.2K.

Used the Mozilla Firebug plugin to identify the websites current bugs. Hand coded the website using Adobe Dreamweaver, HTML5, and CSS3. Effectively removed all bugs from the code allowing the responsive website to go live.
