The Media function includes the dual tuner radio, with FM/AM

frequencies, selectable directly from the screen, and the CD

player also in MP3 format. It enables to play music in mult imedia

format (MP3, wma, wav) from the USB pen dr ive , SD or MP3

player connected via USB cable or to AUX socket, as wel l as audio

streaming thanks to Bluetooth® connection.

The Hands Free Te lephone funct ion , thanks to Bluetooth®,

t e c h n o l o g y, e n a b l e s t h e p h o n e b o o k d ow n l o a d t o m a k e i t

v i s i b l e d i r e c t l y o n t h e s c r e e n a n d t h e l o u d vo i c e p h o n e

The sate l l i te nav igator IVECONNECT is able to host the

nav igat ion sof tware Nav N Go iGO Pr imo Tr uck , spec i f i c for

commerc ia l veh ic les wi th European maps loaded on SD card ,

which can a lways be updated , eas i ly access ible d i rect ly f rom

the h igh-reso lut ion 7” touch-screen . Moreover i t i s poss ible to

set up an address and to f ind POI (Points of interest) a lways

updated . On the nav igat ion map you can f ind in rea l t ime the

t r a f f i c events got f rom the TMC (Tra f f i c Message Channel) , as

wel l as the route , t ime to ar r iva l , and d is tances . The SD card i s

ava i lable v ia the IVECO networ k .

IVECONNECT can v i sua l i ze on the 7” screen the images

coming f rom the cameras that can be f i t ted on the veh ic le (such

as a rear v iew camera) . I t i s a l so poss ible to connect a consumer

dev ice such as a DVD Player by the AUX socket or to v i sua l i ze

images loaded on USB or SD card .

The DRIVING STYLE EVALUATION (DSE), which is l ike

having a dr iving instructor permanently on board, plays a decis ive

role in reducing fuel consumption by acting on the human factor.

A f ue l -e f f i c ient driv ing s ty le de l ivers rea l f ue l

sav ings o f between 5% a nd 12%. To improve the dr iver ’s

per formance , IVECONNECT processes the data acqu i red f rom

the eng ine , veh ic le and GPS us ing an advanced a lgor i thm

(deve loped by IVECO) and prov ides two types of feed-back in

rea l t ime:

• driving style evaluation displayed with clear, intuitive on-screen

graphics (up to 8 driving behaviors evaluated in one second)

• suggestions for reducing fuel consumption (also displayed

on the vehicle’s instrument cluster).

Ser vices’ touch-screen icon, the dr iver can request assistance from the

IVECO CUSTOMER CENTER, which rece ives the veh ic le ’s

GPS locat ion and a d iagnos i s o f the reason for the s toppage

d i rect ly f rom the system.

IVECONNECT FLEET ( in col laboration with QUALCOMM®)

The inter act ion between dr iver, veh ic le and oper at ions centre

enables fleet managers to monitor all vehicles and

to r un rea l - t ime checks on dr iv ing hour s , fue l consumpt ion ,

GPS locat ion and est imated t r ave l l ing t imes . I t a l so a l lows

automated management of lega l requ i rements re la t ing to the

download ing , handl ing and s tor age of tachogr aph and dr iver

card data .

IVECO FLEET MANAGEMENT SERVICES are handled by IVECO

in par tnership with QUALCOMM®, a wor ld leader in the field.

You can take advantage of them by signing up for a specific

contract that gives you access to the FleetVisor™ por tal for

repor t analysis. The IVECONNECT system, thanks to the DRIVING

STYLE EVALUATION function, enables the fleet manager to evaluate

the dr iving performance of each dr iver with a personalized repor t:

by analysing data by dr iver or by mission, you can develop

incentive schemes and targeted economical dr iving courses.
