    Circular diffusers, Square diffusers

  • Overview Circular diffusers

Circular diffusers can be used for supply or extract air. Due to high induction (mixing of supply and room air) they are suitable for larger temperature differen-ces between the supply and room air. Diffusers have high capacity and low sound power level.

Steel circular diffusers OD-1, OD-2They consist of sheet steel, powder coated in RAL 9010. Upon customers request, they can be coloured in any RAL colour.

aluminium circular diffuser OD-3nDiffuser rings are made of sheet alumi-nium and regulation mechanism consist of steel. Diffuser is powder coated in RAL 9010. Upon customers request, they can be coloured in any RAL colour.

    Square diffusers

Square diffusers are designed for supply and extract air. Due to high induction (mixing of supply and room air) they are suitable for larger temperature differen-tials between the supply and room air. Diffusers have high capacity and low sound power level.

Steel square diffusers KD-1, KD-2, KD-15, KD-16They consist of sheet steel, powder coated in RAL 9010. Upon customers request, they can be coloured in any RAL colour. Plenum box is made of galvanised sheet steel.

    Circular diffusers OD-3n

Dismountable and height adjustable diffuser core (two positions).

Installation with a mounting base collar. Two designs:

    - aluminium sheet, painted in white RAL 9010,

    - aluminium sheet, eloxal treated in natural aluminium colour.

applicationThe diffuser core has two setting positions. In the upper position, the jet is directed downwards, for warm air heating application; in the lower position, the jet is directed horizontally, for cooling applications. For duct cleaning, only the diffuser core is to be dismounted.OD-3N has a capacity to supply large volumes of air.

Mounting on a circular duct adjustment with a J2 adjustment fitting (for sizes 160 to 500).

When adjusting the system, desired operating conditions are obtained by the means of ventilation elements control. Regi-sters are installed for additional air volume control, thus influen-cing air velocity and throw distance as well. Registers are made of galvanised sheet steel.

J2Register J2 has two separately adjustable deflector flaps. It is used to deflect and control air flow from the duct. Central installa-tion of circular diffuser on built-in crossbar is also possible.

l2Element without regulation facilities is designed for the central installation of circular diffuser. Crossbar is a component part of L2. Picture shows L2/8 angle irons for duct installation.

When adjusting the system, desired operating conditions are obtained by the means of ventilation elements control. Regi-sters are installed for additional air volume control, thus influen-cing air velocity and throw distance as well. Registers are made of galvanised sheet steel.

F1Register F1 is equipped with wide counter-directional blades, which can be moved by the screwdriver via the cogwheel. It is designed to control the air flow volume. The blades are made of PVC black colour.

    Square diffuser KD-15

applicationSquare diffusers are designed for supply and extract air applications in the rooms with floor to ceiling heights from 2.4 to 4 m. They can be installed in panel ceilin-gs why their dimensions fits the size of the ceiling panels. Inlet spigot dimensions are designed to fit standard duct sizes.

DescriptionSquare diffuser KD-15 consists of perfo-rated diffuser face and plenum box with inlet spigot. Dispersing sheet steel allows different discharge angles (one, two, three or four directions). KD-15/B has two inlet spigot 198 mm. Dispersing sheet steel and housing are coloured in black and perforated diffuser face in RAL 9010, or according to customers request.

    Square diffusers KD-16

applicationKD-16 is a square air supply diffuser designed for installation in ceiling. Air is discharged into the room through side slots and through the diffuser perforated face panel. The air supplied through the face panel is mixed with room air outside the unit. The air jet discharged through side slots inducts the supplied air and room air mixture, thereby improving the spatial distribution of fresh air.

installationKD-16 diffuser is installed in the ceiling by simply connecting it directly to an air duct or on a plenum box.

DescriptionKD-16 square diffuser is made of a per-forated mask and a top connection. The entire diffuser is powder painted in RAL 9010 or in a customer specified colour.
