Sub: ESTABLISHMENT HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD - Filling-up of 26 posts of Court Masters and Personal Secretaries to the Hon'ble Judges and Registrars, by promotion I transfer in the High Court Service, purely on temporary basis -Inviting applications from the eligible candidates -Regarding.

Ref: High Court's Circular R.O.C.No.11246/2018-Estt.1., dated 20-11-2018.

**** In continuation of the High Court's Circular read above, it is hereby

informed that the Employees referred to in the said Circular who possess

Shorthand (English) - 120 w.p.m may also apply for the Post of Court Master

and Personal Secretary to Hon'ble Judge in High Court of Judicature at

Hyderabad.

All other conditions of eligibility as prescribed in the above Circular hold good.

All the Unit Heads are requested to forward the applications of the

eligible candidates, who are possessing Shorthand (English) - 120 w.p.m., after

due verification, to the Registrar (Administration), High Court of Judicature at

Hyderabad - 500 066, along with the enclosures on or before

22.12.2018, by 5.00 p.m.

The above matter may be treated as specially urgent.

Note: (1) All the Unit Heads are requested to communicate this Circular to the staff members working in their Units.

(2) The applications of the Employees, who have already forwarded (having the qualification of Shorthand (English) - 150 w.p .m and 180 w .p.m) in pursuance of earlier Circular dated 20-11-2018, need not be forwarded

2. Shorthand books, white papers, Shorthand pencils and computers will be arranged by the Registry.

3. Applicants must reach the Examination Hall, half-an-hour in advance.

4. After commencement of the Examination, no candidate will be permitted to enter into the Examination Hall.
