V2-Swiss


High Pessure Pumps V2-SwissVersatile, Compact System optimized for Swiss-Type Lathes

The V2 is a general purpose, compact-design high pressure coolant system. The most recent addition to MP Systems’ new generation product line, the V2 houses all of its internal components

down the cutting oil / water is already integrated .With each pump of the V2-Series comes valve block with 8 outputs, which is directly attached to the machine. These valves can be controlled individually and under pressure. The advantage is that only one hose leads to the machine and the cutting oil or coolant gets less warm on the way to the Tool.

MP Systems has worked extensively with companies who routinely machine very abrasive materials to develop high pressure coolant systems which can withstand the challenges of cast iron, cast aluminum and steels coated with mill scale.

The proprietary upgrades we have developed for our R and VR series high pressure systems are available as the “Abrasive Duty Upgrade”.

High pressure coolant systems equipped with this upgrade operate reliably and with great durability pumping coolant laden with very abrasive materials such as sand, carbide and other casting residues.
