High Protein FoodsOne of the questions I'm asked most often is how to get enough protein without guzzling protein shakes. If you are trying to get 80-120 grams of protein per day, I would suggest choosing high protein foods in lieu of other "filler foods" -- i.e. have peanut butter on your toast rather than margarine, yogurt rather than jello, scrambled eggs rather than pancakes, etc. This is not a diet; it is simply a list of high protein foods to help you get what your doctor, midwife, or conscience says you need.
