For transfers on arrival from railway station, driver will wait 30 minutes from time arrival.

For transfers on arrival from pier, driver will wait 30 minutes from scheduled time.

No reimbursement will be given if passengers present themselves later than one hour to arrival time.

An assistant with a sign stating the client’s name will wait for the clients at the Meeting Point Column of Terminal T3. If any problem arises clients may ask for assistance at the desk “COTAV”, located in the terminal just showing the voucher.

FROM 09.01 P.M. TO 06.59 A.M.

The driver will wait your customer with a sign stating the client’s name at the Meeting Point Column of Terminal T3 in front of the desk “COTAV”. The driver will wait no more than 30 minutes after the landing of the flight.

Arriving at Ciampino airport24/7 SERVICE

The driver will wait directly at the arrival terminal showing a sign stating the client’s name. The driver will wait no more than 30 minutes after the landing of the flight.

Departures from the hotelThe pick-up will be made 3 hours and 45 minutes before the flight departure. The transfer from central hotels to airports usually takes from 40 to 60 minutes.

The driver will wait at the reception of the hotel with a 20-minute tolerance maximum. Therefore the client is kindly requested to be at the reception 5 minutes before the scheduled meeting time. As it is a shuttle service, please allow 20 minute tolerance to the driver.

Notes: This service is operated by a 8-seat minivan, the clients might wait for other passengers. the shuttle might stop for pick up or drop off during the service.

TRANSFERS TRANSFERS


INFORMATION:

- In order to guaranty a better service to the guests, it will be at company discretion to decide the best way to do the transfer from the airport to Venice Island and Vv. These transfer could be done with direct water taxi or with water taxi + coach; the choice will depend on the position of the hotel where clients stay, on the weather condition, on events or festivities present in the city that could be create inconvenience and on the transfers' booked time.

- We want also to let you note that on the occasion of the Vernissage and the inauguration of the “International Biennale of Art", there could be some slowing down and long wait for the transfer services’. There will be the same situation during the 76th International Film Festival. We suggest for these dates to close the selling of the shuttle services’ and water taxi only transfers and to advise clients about the situation.

- In case bookings will regard old guest or guest with small walking difficulties, it has to be specified during the booking due to allow as to organize the service as better as possible. Our assistants are not qualified health worker; therefore they do not have the insurance coverage, so they cannot give any physical assistance to the clients.

- In case bookings will regard guest on wheelchair and/or with big walking difficulties, it should be compulsorily indicat-ed during the booking and quoted ad hoc (in case of wheelchair presence please indicate client’s weight, if equipped with a motorized wheelchair and its same weight).

PLEASE REMEMBER TO ALL GUESTS THAT:

- Some hotels in Venice are absolutely not reachable directly with water taxi, some others have difficult pier and others also if they are on a canal, due to traffic limits are either not reachable, so if you will not add the difficult pier supplement nor the porterage, clients will have to walk taking their own luggage. If there are bad weather condition (for ex. High/low tide) also if you add difficult pier supplement there could be the possibility that water taxi cannot enter till the hotel pier. In this case we will refund to the clients the supplement.

- From the Airport arrival hall to the Airport Taxi Pier and Vv there are 10/12 minutes walking

- The confirmation of the received booking is not a confirmation of correct price or rate (that is as per contract) but it’s only a confirmation of the same booking

ARRIVAL TRANSFER:

This Shuttle service is available at 9:30 am - 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Meeting point: Venezia Taxi Desk (at the Corner between Terminal 103 and Terminal 107), clients will be met there by an English speaking assistant

Boarding Time: in the booking it's compulsory one of the above departure time. Customer have to show up at least 10 minutes before booked time. Maximum waiting time is 15 minutes after booking time, after that it will be considered no-show and the service will be not refundable

- Arrival Transfers are available only during desk's opening time Desk number 69 (8:30 am to 8:30 pm)

- Departure Transfers are always available. After 10 minutes of waiting time the water taxi will go away and the service will be charged as a full no show

The day before the departure transfer, clients will recieve an email or a fax to their hotel with all the informations about the meeting point/time for their transfer

If you request a particular htl that it is not available, we will confirm a similar option (to the requested one). In case of cancellation, we will send an e-mail/fax as confirmation of the cancellation. If you do not receive this confirmation it would means that for us the booking is still operative. So if our provider charges us no show penalites, we will charge you the same penalties. We inform all clients that rates do not includes the city tax in Florence, Rome, Venice.
