Minimizes the time to create a programby automatically setting feeders by rankwhen selecting a working methodaccording to the characteristics of thePCB.

Automatically checks for flip-over and theincorrect insertion of LED through thevision system, preventing defectiveplacement in advance.

As a system that manages the brightness of LED parts by rank, itcompares and manages produced products and rankinformation of LED parts by using a barcode system.

Sounds an alarm to the operator to prevent part misplacementwhen there is difference in the rank between a product beingproduced and a part.

When a feeder in operation has run out of parts, this functionallows the feeder to be changed automatically and generates analarm for part replacement simultaneously, reinforcing the non-stopoperation and work convenience.
