Seminar/conference tracks and other sponsorships.

The ultimate sponsorship opportunity is designed just for youIncludes 20-25 minutes presentation/demonstration together with other speakers in a session under a theme after your wish. The target group is senior executives and developers dedicated to the subject of the tracks. Typically, there will be between 50 and 600 participants in a single session. To make you able to follow up on the session, you will get access to participant data (according to GDPR). You will find sessions and themes in the conference programme. The talk can not include product presentations, but must focus on inspirational technology use.

Business Inside Technology track sponsorship including advertorial in newsletter 30,000 DKK

Get your own session (1 hour and 45 minutes) with business and tech talks. Plan the session in collaboration with DTU to comply with DTU’s quality requirements to ensure focus on inspirational technology use. No product presentations allowed. Access to participant list.

Standard Sponsorship 15,000 DKK

Includes one business talk and company logo in conference programme. The talk has to be planned in collaboration with and approved by DTU to ensure focus on inspirational technology use. Access to participant list.

Entrepreneurship/Startup Area Sponsorship ONLY 2 50,000 DKK

Includes a two-day stand in the startup area near the stage, rollup, banner, presentation at the stage both days. Get 1/1 page in the startup section of the programme, logo by the reception, and an article in the High Tech Summit newsletter. Only two stands available.

Guided Tours 1,500 DKK

The guided tours are targeted visitors who wish to get a quick overview of the exhibitors with specific products or skills. For you as an exhibitor, this means that groups of visitors, who acti-vely seek knowledge or suppliers within your company’s specialties, will visit your stand during the exhibition. When booking a spot on a guided tour you will get 5 minutes on your stand to give a short and concrete presentation of your company, special skills and services to groups of professionals. The intention and goal of this introduction is to make the visitors return to your stand to engage in further conversations. One day before the guided tour starts, you will receive a list with names and companies (no contact information) of all the pre-registered visitors and a group profile description for your preparation.
