Highlights September 2011
Being aware of our responsibility as stewards looking after the planet for the next generation, we are fully committed to internationally
acknowledged green building standards that provide the best methods for measuring the environmental impact of buildings.
All of our new development projects are assessed against such international standards, so that we can ensure best practice in sustainable
design. In addition, we strive to comply with all legislation that relates to our activities. Since 2008 we have published our Corporate

Sustainability is a guiding principle in everything we do
TURKEY - Erzurum, Erzurum Shopping Center, 32,000 sq. m. of shopping area, opened in 2009. Awarded with a BREEAM certificate ‘Very Good’.
TURKEY - Ankara, Gordion Shopping Center, 50,000 sq. m. of shopping area, opened in 2009. Awarded with a BREEAM certificate ‘Very Good’.
CHINA - Wuhan, Wuhan Tiandi Riverview Plaza, strategic partnership with Shui On Land to
develop a 68,000 sq. m. shopping centre, to be opened in 2014.

Redevco manages and develops a major retail real estate portfolio in Europe and AsiaRedevco is an independent, international real estate company owning major retail portfolios in Europe and Asia. Our overall portfolio
comprises over 750 properties with a total floor space of c. 5 million sq. m. at top locations in metropolitan cities throughout 18 countries.
The portfolio is currently valued at 7.5 billion euros. Our home market is Europe, but our ambition is to develop Asia as our second home
market. We are building a retail portfolio there in the larger metropolitan areas, particularly in China. Our first Chinese shopping centre,
Wuhan Tiandi Riverview Plaza, will be opened in 2014. This development is a strategic partnership between Shui On Land and Redevco.
We purchase, develop, lease and manage properties, continually ensuring that our portfolio optimally reflects the requirements of our
tenants. We believe it is our task to meet the needs of the market with the most relevant, sustainable and inspiring real estate solutions.
A young organisation with a rich historyFor 150 years the retail company C&A managed its real estate activities itself, before the decision was taken in 1999 to accommodate
these activities in an independent entity: Redevco. Redevco is owned by COFRA Holding A.G., a Swiss-based holding company,
established in 2001.
Redevco’s main focus is high street retail; in addition, we invest in and develop retail parks and shopping centres. Our tenant base comprises
many major national and multinational companies throughout Europe. Our main tenants include C&A, Carrefour, Maxeda, Primark, LVMH
(Sephora), H&M, GAP, Next, Metro, Karstadt and Inditex.

TURKEY - Manisa, construction work has started on Magnesia, a 19,000 sq.m. shopping centre. Scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2012.
SPAIN - San Sebastián, 2,500 sq. m. of prime retail property located on Avenida de la Libertad, acquired in 2011.
GERMANY - Berlin, Alezanderplatz, ALEA 101, a new prime retail property with a total gross area of 19,000 sq. m. in the centre of Berlin.
FRANCE - Bordeaux, Sainte-Catherine, a 19,000 sq.m. retail development in the historic city centre. Construction will commence in the first quarter of 2012.
