Resume/Contact Information
I am originally from the small town of Early, TX. I have attended Texas Tech University since 2010 and will graduate this May with my Bachelors Degree in Interior Design and a minor in Architecture. In my free time, I enjoy skiing, antique shopping, and travelling. I have worked at a commercial furniture dealership for the past 2 years while taking classes, which I believe has taught me a lot about time management. I have worked under registered Interior Designers and gained experience with Herman Miller and many other furniture lines. I have learned 20/20 (CAP) software and am proficient in Giza drawings and Worksheet quotes. My desire to become an interior designer has been evident for my entire life, even from an early age. In the future, I hope to work in the commercial design field. My ultimate goal is to become a registered designer at a successful design firm.

This project consists of the renovation of a local coffee shop. The plumbing lines could not be moved which required leaving
the kitchen and bathrooms in their existing vicinity. The design is a modern take on a Parisian style cafe. The walls are a combination of rich burgundy, white paneling, and brick
overgrown with vines. The arched windows and doors combined with high, exposed ceilings evoke a sense of rich character.

CONCEPT STATEMENT
The goal of the visitor center design was to include the feel of a hotel lobby concierge desk to welcome
prospective students. The purpose of this space is to inspire potential students to attend Texas Tech University by incorporating the latest technology, and implementing
a multifunctional space that can accommodate large crowds. This design will draw students inside with its
youthful interior, but also invite them outside to explore the campus and local attractions of Lubbock.

COLLABORATION STUDIO | a group effort amongst 3 designers, 2 architects, & 1 landscape architect This project investigates the journey of Holocaust survivors and its symbolic approach on the dynamic form. The project was divided into four phases: conceptual, schematic, design development, and final presentation. Located in the west end district
of Dallas, the museum exhibits a modern form that travels underground to encompass two separate lots separated by a public street. This form benefits the design as an emotional journey following diagrammatic maps of concentration camp
locations. The exhibits were designed to symbolically portray the emotions of the persecuted race to the public while educating visitors in order to instill a spirit of empowerment.

All angular lines of walls, windows, beams, floor, and lighting patterns are derived from the diagram depicting the
concentration camp locations.

This project is the renovation of an existing high rise, which prohibited altering the shell of the building or relocation of most staircases, elevators, and bathrooms. The main floor includes dining, lounge, and retail spaces along with a private entrance for full time residents. The style of the oasis is mid century modern with an emphasis on natural materials such as wood and stone accented by vibrant pops of emerald, orange, and yellow.
