take the stress out of planning your event. our sales and catering team is here to assist you in many ways, throughout the entire process. feel free to reach out with as many questions as are necessary, our goal is to be your partner in this event.


attendants and bartenders

to better take care of your attendees during catered functions, we suggest that at least one attendant or bartender for every 75 guests, however, some stations may require additional staff, our fees are as follows:

coffee breaks, hors d’oeuvres & buffets

our “per person” pricing for coffee breaks and receptions, allows you the comfort of knowing that there will be food and beverage available for one full hour during your event. upon request, we will happily extend that hour, at an additional charge. buffet meals are available for one and one‐half hours.

split entrees

you are more than welcome to select up to a maximum of three different entréesfor your event, please be advised that the highest price entrée will prevail for all selections.

these menus are our standard catering menus, however, if you are looking for something different, our catering team is more than happy to guide you through that process.

local growers and providers

upon request we can reach out to our local growers and providers for specific items. due to the seasonality of kentucky grown produce, many items are only available during our prime growing season. these items that help reduce our carbon footprint may only be available at an additional cost.
