10 a.m. to 5 p.m. / Saturday, August 6 The Louisiana Purchase Zoological Society is once again hosting this fun-filled, annual event, and you won’t want to miss the opportunity to enjoy a little fun in the sun, support our community and promote your company or organization. Zoobilation 2016 is gearing up to give our community a reason to cheer “Hip, Hippo, Hooray!” No matter what age you are, you’re sure to find something entertaining, whether it’s enjoying music from one of the live bands, learning at an animal education program, playing games and participating in activities, feeding an animal, or figuring out which food truck to enjoy next. Of course, we can’t forget the many zoo exhibits, boat rides and the Zoo Oasis Splash Pad to help our guests cool off! As always , sponsorships, vendor registrations and admissions on event day will support ongoing efforts to maintain the zoo as a safe, educational, fun attraction here in Monroe and will help facilitate projects such as restoring our beloved zoo train. Zoobilation 2016 also presents an opportunity for organizations such as clubs and churches to support their own fundraising efforts as well. Through your support, we an ensure a wonderfully enriching and positive experience for Zoobilation 2016 guests, and you will be able to share your company or organization’s advertising message with the region.
