Range of solutions.

HiPath Cordless is an integrated solutionfor cordless (Dect) phones. Your employeescan be reached directly at any time andanywhere within your company - no call islost, and queries can be handled morequickly. Customer satisfaction grows andthe need for costly return calls is eliminated.HiPath Cordless ensures maximum mobilitythrough an uninterrupted radio connectionbetween distributed base stations.

HiPath Xpressions Compact is the integra-ted voice mail system for calling up anddistributing messages from user-specificvoice mailboxes, each with individualizeduser announcement. Saved calls can becalled up at any time and from any location,and “message waiting” alerts can even besignaled externally. Features include anautomatic switchboard, which offers a widerange of call forwarding possibilities, a directcall back function and the potential forautomatic information services.

HiPath ProCenter Compact is the profes-sional, economical call center softwaresolution for up to 64 agents. It helps youto optimize the development of yourcustomer service - from contract acceptan-ce all the way to complaints management.Alongside integrated call distribution(UCD), HiPath ProCenter Compact alsooffers a supervisor function with real-timereporting and extensive statistical func-tions. On top of that, it can all be run onone standard PC with Microsoft WindowsNT4 Workstation, 2000 Professional or XP.

HiPath Attendant is a flexible switchboardsolution in two variants: the optiPoint 500phone, expanded with the line-busy LEDunit, facilitates a convenient status overviewof all current calls. If an extension is busy,or a staff member absent, all calls can bediverted to the switchboard. And with theoptiClient Attendant software package aconvenient switchboard can be created onPC, enabling all functions to be carried outin comfort via keyboard and mouse.

HiPath TAPI 120/170 enables the linkbetween PC and digital telephony andallows TAPI-conforming applications to beintegrated via CTI (Computer TelephoneIntegration). It helps all call traffic to bemanaged more professionally through e.g.call registration, call ID and the creation ofaction lists. And, by connecting a database,customer queries can be answered morecompetently.

Teledata Office handles the costs of allcommunications services (phone, fax, inter-net) and enables analysis by extension, lineor department. Communications data canbe transferred directly to a central serverfor analysis via a LAN interface.

Administration.

System administration can be carried outby the customer via system phone or withHiPath 3000/5000 Manager C. Installationof new users, name changes, authorizationfor external calls or allocation of phone

workstation keys are all completely straight-forward. HiPath 3000/5000 Manager C is acustomer tool that runs on Microsoft®Windows and is connected to the systemvia a V.24, S0 or TCP/IP-based LAN interface.

With the manager-secretary function, HiPath3000 phone systems offer particularly quickand easy communication with the frontoffice. Diverted, but nonetheless important,calls can be signaled on the display of themanager‘s phone, or via an illuminated LED.

This avoids interrupting meetings, whileensuring that important calls aren‘t missed.Direct call keys and a hands-free functionsimplify the connection between manager’sand secretary’s phones.
