Zigor –Hybrid inverter
• The HIS 4 is a powerful solution to your power requirements. In just one unit it supplies the maximum pure sinusoidal wave output power, and offers you the chance to select a load current from the multi-stage battery.
• The HIS 4 can be used for all kinds of applications, such as air conditioning, household appliances, electronic consumer devices and office equipment. This series offers long-lasting, continuous operation, 24 hours a day.
• The integrated intelligent charger charges any kind of battery automatically and without risk of overload. Its compact design makes the connection to the power supply network easier and more cost-effective.
• This is a high quality product which offers the best price-performance ratio in this sector.

Specifications
Possible Load Connections
HIS 4 - Working
• The HIS 4 consist of the rectifier and inverter circuit along with a inbuilt transformer as shown in the figure below.
• The system also consist of a bypass circuit which can directly feed the ac power to the load in case of battery low voltage and also charge the batteries
Working Modes DC priority mode
• The AC output power comes from the battery, passes through the AC/DC inverter and through the static switch within the battery reserve time.
Working Modes AC priority mode
• There are two main circuits when the AC supply is normal: the AC circuit and the battery charging circuit. The AC output power comes from the AC power input and passes through the static switch to supply power to the load.
• The battery charging voltage comes from the AC power input and is converted by the AC/DC charger to supply charging power to the battery.

Paralleling Configuration Single Phase Parallel Mode
• HIS 4 inverter can configure to work in a single phase parallel mode (go up 7 units), using master slave technology. Please contact us to know more about this.
Adding Diesel Generator
Generator compatibility: It is possible to connect a generator to help the HIS 4.
With a dry contact, intelligent slot, which exists in the inverter, we can control the start-up and the stop of the generator.
• When the battery is discharged and the voltage reaches low voltage (LLV) point, then relay dry contact will change its state. (NC NO and NO NC).
• When the battery is charged and the voltage reaches high voltage (HV) point, then the relay dry contact will return to its original state (NO NC and NC NO).
• Regardless this system operation in which status or setting in which mode, that judgment method of the relay dry contact change stare are the same. This relay dry contact is output signal and it will not affect HIS 4 itself the operation logic.
Zigor Charge Controller
MPPT charging – Solar PV – 30A & 60A
• MPPT monitored battery charging control
• Temperature compensated battery charging
• Reinforced charging
• Final charging voltage
• Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
• Automatic reconnection of loads
• Low current consumption at night
• User interface by means of LED/LCD (60A model)
• On-the-spot adjustment of parameters (60 A model)
• Operation in aggressive atmospheres
