Terms and Guidelines

Sponsor agrees to the following terms and guidelines set forth herein and by such any amendments or additional terms and guidelines that may be established by The Central Pasco Chamber of Commerce (CPCC):

1. Sponsor’s participation is subject to all terms and guidelines established by CPCC.

2. CPCC shall not be responsible for any injury or loss that may arise to Sponsor or anyone that is accompanied by Sponsor, or to

Sponsor’s goods or property from any cause whatsoever.

3. Sponsor shall not share or sublet its Sponsor space or promote any other business without the express written consent of CPCC.

4. Sponsor will not be permitted to participate in scheduled Event without full payment made prior to the beginning of the event. If

payment in full is not received 7 days prior to the event date, CPCC reserves the right to reassign to another sponsor.

5. Sponsor shall hold harmless CPCC from any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, or expenses of any kind arising out of or from:

Any accident or occurrence in or at the vendor’s space, b) the sale of any products or services, by vendor, its employees, staff or

invitees.

6. CPCC reserves the right to cancel this agreement without further obligation at any time prior to the Casino Night date by releasing

Sponsor from all future obligations under this agreement. Said cancellation may be for any cause or for no cause. If a cancellation

occurs due to fire or casualty beyond our control, CPCC will refund such portion of the amount already paid for space by CPCC

after deduction of such amounts as may be necessary to cover costs related to termination. If the Casino Night is cancelled, post-

poned, or relocated, CPCC shall not be financially or otherwise obligated in the event except as provided herein.

7. CPCC shall have the exclusive right to use Sponsor’s name and/or logos for the promotional purposes with the Event.

8. CPCC reserves the right to take photographs or videotape discreetly at the Event, print & publish, & use these freely for promo-

tional purposes.
